CCOC is part of an initiative to computerize the Shadowrun world, so players and GMs are free to deal with the role-playing itself; no more hours of wasted time because of rules.
It is designed to cover the part of the Matrix sourcebook that deals with constructing cyberterminals and programs (utilities, IC, worms, frames/agents and so on).
